We’re updating our credit reports to ensure they remain a clear, reliable source of information that helps businesses make informed credit risk decisions.

What’s changing?

From 31 January 2025, accounts receivables insights for your customers will be available only from the Debtor Management menu rather than being included in credit reports.

Why are we making this change?

Credit reports will contain only information from CreditorWatch’s databases (including public information from government registries) going forward in order to standardise the reports.
As such, information that is sourced from your organisation (such as invoice and payment information from your accounting software) will no longer be available in credit reports.

When is the change happening?

Accounts receivables insights will no longer be available through credit reports starting from 31 January 2025.
