ONBOARD

Enhanced applicant identity verification, improved inbox filter options, and robust sole trader PPSR

Document Verification Service

ApplyEasy now supports identity documentation verification (DVS) through integration with IDVerse, allowing businesses to quickly and securely capture and validate an applicant’s identity documentation details (such as an Australian driver’s licence, passport, or Medicare card) as part of the credit application process. Accessible on any device and backed by the most trusted document tampering detection solution in the market, DVS provides an added layer of fraud protection without comprising the onboarding experience for credit applicants.

Enhanced inbox filters now include all available statuses

ApplyEasy users can now filter applications by all statuses available in their inboxes, rather than just “draft” or “completed.” This allows credit teams greater control over how they manage and triage applications in their inboxes, including specific or custom workflows. The ApplyEasy CSV download has also been updated to reflect the current status of each application, making it easier to track and report on progress.

Option to add ABN for sole traders during PPSR registration

Users can now add the ABN for a sole trader as an additional grantor when creating a PPSR registration from ApplyEasy. Adding the ABN in addition to the sole trader’s individual details ensures ApplyEasy users can more easily identify their customers via the sole trader entity’s ABN.

Alerts on credit report limits and email updates

A notification will now appear on the application overview page when an account has reached its monthly credit report limit. This gives users an opportunity to adjust their monthly credit report allowance to avoid future interruptions to application processing.

Users will now receive a confirmation prompt before sending an updated email when changing an application’s status. This helps prevent accidental sends and provides an opportunity to review the email before hitting send.

Filter by alert type for a focused view of specific risks

On the Alerts page, you can now filter your view by alert type — such as ATO tax defaults, payment defaults, court actions, or RiskScore changes — ensuring you don’t miss critical information about the customer and supplier risks with the most potential to disrupt your business.

Debtor Logic
Just released

View credit limits, locate businesses faster, and gain more insight with enriched csv exports

Debtor Logic now surfaces richer data that’s easier to navigate and analyse — especially across large portfolios. You can view credit limits in the account list and customer insights screens to quickly assess exposure, as well as locate specific accounts by ABN, ACN, or their own ID in the search bar in the account list. The Debtor Logic csv export now includes all mappable fields, including credit limits, terms, account managers, and terms, for faster downstream analysis and reporting.
CREDIT RISK

Enhanced UBO reports for more efficient, reliable AML and KYC compliance checks

Visualisation now included in all UBO reports

We’ve upgraded our UBO reporting with visualisation — now included in every UBO report. A full organisation tree graphic displays complex ownership structures at a glance, with visual callouts for greater clarity and ease of analysis. Intuitively understand relationships between entities and individuals — all embedded directly in the report, whether generated via the CreditorWatch web app or the API.

Bulk UBO report ordering

Customers can now request UBO reports in bulk, removing the need for individual report orders when large volumes of UBO data are required. This enables faster portfolio remediation, and ensures KYC compliance at scale with consistent, audit-ready insights — without the need for developer resources.
