Your team will also see daily recommended actions, including emails, SMS, calls, and follow-ups on expected payments past due.

Monthly email updates include account summaries, overdue amounts, and outstanding balances. You can also integrate with our payment provider, Worldpay, to give customers an option to pay on the spot.
Escalate collections by attaching a PDF formal letter to email reminders. Choose from best practice “letter of demand” and “final notice” templates, or create and edit your own.
You’re also now able to add payment methods to your letters.
