Priority Intelligence highlights your highest-impact next actions

Collect’s new risk profiling insights combine CreditorWatch’s unique commercial credit data with your customers’ real payment behaviour, giving you a more intelligent, accurate way to prioritise who to follow up first.

Instead of relying on “gut feel,” you’ll instantly see which accounts pose the highest risk or are most likely to pay, helping you focus your time where it delivers the biggest return.

Dashboard metrics now reflect credit notes for visibility at a glance

Your dashboard metrics now include credit notes, giving you a more accurate view of your true receivables position.

This gives you clearer, more reliable AR insights, cuts down on manual reconciliation, and ensures your dashboard reflects what’s happening in your ledger.

Automatically pause reminders when a customer is in credit

You can now choose to pause reminder sending whenever an account goes into a credit balance within the reminder settings.

An in‑app audit trail will show when reminders were sent or paused, and the reason they weren’t sent. Once the account is no longer in credit, reminders automatically resume, keeping communication accurate and relationship‑friendly.

Smart workflows align to real-time payment behaviour

Smart workflows react dynamically to your customers’ latest payments, ensuring their next reminder and follow-up sequence are aligned to the current status of their account.

Now when your customer pays their oldest overdue invoice, smart workflows automatically adjust the workflow to reflect the true overdue age of the account, so reminder language and tone is always appropriate for that customer’s new status.
