Improved director’s guarantee E-Signature

ApplyEasy can now include signatory details from the application form fields as read-only, to ensure that signers don’t use alternative versions of their name. Other information from the application form, such as ACN, registered address, and registered date, can also be included as read-only content in the documents attached to the E-Signature package.

View an application’s current status via the API

The ApplyEasy API now supports retrieving full details of an individual application received by the customer inbox via the application GET endpoint. Users who access ApplyEasy through an API integration can now see the application’s current status via the API.

Clearer, more actionable risk alerts notifications

Your daily risk alerts email and the Alerts table in CreditorWatch has gotten an upgrade, making it easier to spot what matters, jump into the detail, and assign follow-up actions with confidence.

Look for new features like adverse event callouts at the top of the email, direct navigation from the email to filtered alert views in the CreditorWatch app, and customisation controls to create a curated view of risk tailored for your business.

Enhanced cross-directorship information

The cross directorship section has been refreshed to remove ambiguity and highlight important contextual details for easier risk assessment, including:

  • displaying the number of cross-directorships at the top of the section as well as in the tile
  • adding an expandable dropdown displaying former directors
  • highlighting companies with important events at the top of the list
  • adding tooltips to explain key points and concepts

ATB reminder controls

New controls allow you to proactively manage who receives ATB upload reminders from DebtorLogic, ensuring the right team members are notified. You can also add multiple email recipients, and remove recipients or turn reminders off entirely at any point.

Save filtered views in Alerts

On the Alerts tab in CreditorWatch, you’ll soon be able to save filtered views using one or more of the alert type, RiskScore change, and payment rating change filters — making it easier to scan and prioritise entities with increased risk indicators.

Filter by negative changes in RiskScore or Payment rating

The Alerts tab in CreditorWatch is adding new filters to show businesses whose RiskScore or payment rating has fallen beneath a specific threshold. This lets you track when a business’s overall risk or payment rating worsens – similar to the notifications you currently receive in the Alerts emails.

The company enrichment API allows you to retrieve ANZSIC codes for businesses without the need to order a full credit report. Enhance industry data about your customers or suppliers to accelerate internal credit assessment or procurement processes at a fraction of the usual cost.
