Patrick was one of the three founding employees of CreditorWatch in 2010 and was appointed CEO in December 2018. He is a specialist commentator on trends and issues in the credit industry and regularly appears in the media as well as presenting to corporate and government stakeholders. He has developed a reputation as a leader in the Australian credit industry and has helped transform the way we think about the management of B2B credit risk. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Sydney University and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Alice Ruhe

Alice has practised in the insolvency and corporate recovery industry for over 20 years and is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy and a Registered Liquidator. She is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand, a member of the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Alice has acted as Trustee in Bankruptcy and Liquidator in a number of complex and litigious matters, often at the request of creditors or other authorities. With extensive experience in investigations into voidable transactions, recovery of property and referrals of misconduct, she has been involved in numerous legal proceedings resulting in positive recoveries and returns to the respective Bankrupt Estates and Liquidations for the benefit of creditors.

Prue Greenfield

Prue is an Associate Director at Burch & Co Lawyers. She has over 20 years’ experience in litigation and all aspects of commercial disputes, including franchising, debt recovery, insolvency, lease disputes, building and construction and shareholder disputes. Her clients include small to medium-sized businesses, foreign-owned subsidiaries, franchisors, franchisees, insolvency practitioners, company directors and individuals. Prue is a member of the Franchise Council of Australia, the Australian Institute of Credit Management, and a regular attendee at Women in Insolvency and Restructuring (WIRV) events.
