Tell us about your role as Collection Solutions Specialist and how you assist CreditorWatch customers? 

As a Collection Solutions Specialist, I am responsible for overseeing solutions within CreditorWatch’s collections portfolio, which comes equipped with tools and data designed to streamline your business’s collections process and accelerate payments. 

With a background as a Senior Account Manager at CreditorWatch, I have engaged with a diverse range of businesses across various industries, granting me extensive knowledge of processes and systems that enhance business cash flow, efficiency, and minimise financial losses. 

In my current role, I combine my technical expertise with industry insights to ensure that our product effectively addresses your specific business challenges and boosts overall efficiency.

What motivates you professionally? 

Professionally, my main motivation as a solution specialist is to empower businesses by providing them with essential tools and knowledge to effectively manage risks and enhance their overall efficiency.

I take pride in being a trusted advisor to these businesses, offering guidance and support to help them achieve their objectives and maximise their potential for success.
