The PPSR is notorious for being difficult to understand and use and therefore, many businesses struggled with or avoided it altogether. However, the PPSR is a vital component of doing business in Australia as it prioritises your security interests in the event of a customer/supplier’s liquidation. CreditorWatch found that while some larger organisations had some knowledge of PPSR, most small and medium businesses were left in the dark.
CreditorWatch recognised this gap and the need to make the PPSR accessible and affordable. Through customer feedback and rigorous testing, PPSRLogic was born.
