1.What do you do at CreditorWatch and why do you love it?
I work as a Senior UI/UX Product Designer at CreditorWatch. Working as a designer, I not only help improve products usability but also design the company brand from all touch points.

2. What does your average workday look like?
My day always starts with loads of coffee. Next, I look at the products I need to work on, ideate, collaborate and make design solutions for my team.

3. What makes CreditorWatch special to you?
Not only that the culture is amazing here at CreditorWatch. But I get to talk to the customers that use our product. Find what the love and want to see in the future. You don’t get that freedom at other companies.

4. What’s the biggest career lesson you’ve learnt so far?
Learn from others. You don’t know everything. So working with people smarter than you helps you grow not only as a person but as a professional in your job.

5. What was your first job?
My first paid job was in a commercial as a kid. That’s a story for another time.

6. What are you most passionate about?
I’m passionate about creating connection, learning from people and growing others around me.

7. Who or what is your biggest inspiration?
My first manager in design, he taught me about good practices, being humble and how to produce the best work I can. I still talk to this person after 10 years of mentorship.

8. If you could do another job for just one day, what would you do?
Who wouldn’t want to be a host of a travel show? Get to travel the world, eat amazing food and get paid for it.

9. What was your favourite part of 2021?
Hands down the birth of my daughter Francesca.

10. If you could travel anywhere in the world right now, where would you go? What would you want to see?
Back to see my family in Italy. Lockdowns have held me back from seeing them and no doubt when I can, I’ll be back on the islands off Sicily eating gelato in the town forum.
